General Information:

• Survey is conducted online and by telephone and is administered by the office of University Assessment and Testing.
• The survey questionnaire consists of questions relating to students’ perceptions about their experience in the NOC-OSU Gateway Program.
• Survey questions are related to satisfaction with and preparation for classes, experiences with transferring from NOC to OSU, use of and satisfaction with student resources, experiences with academic difficulty, and recommendations for improvement.
• Results are reported for all survey participants.  Responses are reported in aggregate only; individual student responses are confidential.
