fulfills ADA requirements for all special needs students who need accommodations.
Accommodations may include extended time, Braille, hearing aid and/or scribe,
or separate testing rooms. Any student with special needs must identify their
needs, with accompanying documentation, to:

Scheduling
Information for Instructors and/or Students with Disabilities

- It is the
student's responsibility to set up the appointment.
- After setting
up the appointment it is again the student's responsibility
to notify the instructor of the appointment. If there is a problem
with the time you have scheduled, simply call and tell us and
we will reschedule your exam time.
- The student
must give the instructor copies of the SDS Exam Administration
Form (available from SDS or by clicking here).

- The instructor
must fill out the SDS Exam Administration Form (which you should receive from the student) and deliver it and
the exam to the Testing Center before the student arrives to
take their test.
- Be sure
to note how you want the test returned to you. There are many
options for returning the exam, except via mail - we must have a signature for pick up.
