The Test of English as a Foreign Language is designed to measure the ability of a non-native English speaker to use and understand North American English as used in college and university settings.

The TOEFL is an internet-based test. The fee is $140. It is given only on select test dates each month. Please visit http://www.toefl.org/ for information about these dates. To schedule a TOEFL exam, you must call ETS at 1-800-468-6335 (1-800-GO TOEFL) or schedule your exam online through their website. If you have any other questions, please contact us at 405-744-9650.
