  • Biography

    Kaitlynn Holcomb graduated from OSU in 2023 with a MS in Educational Psychology. She joined University Assessment and Testing in February 2020 as an Assessment Specialist and has since transitioned into the role of Assistant Director of Assessment and Analysis where she specializes in Program Outcomes Assessment, Academic Program Review, Institutional Accreditation, and other university level assessment tasks.

    Cat Bertucci graduated from St. Leo University in 1998 with a BS in English.  She joined University Assessment and Testing in September of 2019 as a Senior Administrative Support Specialist and has since transitioned into the role of Assessment Specialist.

  • Biography

    Dr. Paola Sainz Sujet is the Coordinator of Program Assessment in University Assessment and Testing (UAT) at Oklahoma State University. In this role, she supports academic programs in student learning outcomes assessment, annual program outcomes assessment reporting, and assessment practices that promote continuous improvement and accreditation efforts.

    Originally from Bolivia, Dr. Sainz Sujet earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra and a master’s degree in information and communication technology Applied to Education from the University of Salamanca in Spain. She later earned both a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Oklahoma State University, along with several graduate certificates in education and human resources.

    Dr. Sainz Sujet is a member of the Research Council for the Bolivian Academy of Sciences. Her professional and research interests include educational assessment, institutional effectiveness, student success, program evaluation, and the use of evidence to improve higher education.

    Salome is a proud OSU grad and continues to appreciate the culture that being a Cowboy has to offer. Having received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Salome discovered her love of data analysis in many of her core classes. She looks forward to applying this knowledge to her continuing education and career while being fortunate enough to remain part of the OSU community.
