ACT On-Campus (Formerly Residual) Exam Information

All individuals who wish to take the ACT On-Campus Exam at the OSU Testing Center MUST have submitted a current application to OSU before being allowed to register for the exam. Additionally, the ACT On-Campus Exam is ONLY available to students (including concurrent) unable to take the National ACT Exam on a regularly scheduled test date in time to meet OSU's enrollment deadlines. OSU highly encourages students to take the National ACT over the ACT On-Campus Exam as scores on the National ACT are accepted by more institutions and scholarships than the ACT On-Campus. Only one ACT On-Campus Exam per year (from Nov. 1 to Oct. 31) can be used for high school students seeking concurrent enrollment at OSU. Click here for more information on the ACT On-Campus Exam at OSU. All ACT On-Campus Exam appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.  The ACT On-Campus is offered most Tuesdays and Fridays at 8:30AM during the following testing windows:

  • For students planning to enroll at OSU in the SPRING 2025 semester ONLY, ACT On-Campus appointments will be offered January 3 - January 10, 2025.  Students can call the Testing Center at 405-744-5958 starting December 16, 2024 for more information and to book an appointment. Students planning to enroll in future semesters should attempt to take the National ACT Exam.
